This is both a demo and hands-on class. Our pastry chef Uliana Komodi will demonstrate the mousse cake and mirror glaze techniques, you will see how the cake and glaze are made from scratch and will receive a copy of her recipes.
For the hands-on part of the class, you will be offered your own 6" pre-maid Chocolate/ Caramel /Peanut cake and mirror glaze, to create your own design.
This class would be great for parents and kids.
