Tarte Tatin is a classic french upside-down caramel apple cake made with puff pastry. During class, the pastry chef will have a quick demo on puff pastry, after which you'll receive your own ready to go made in-house puff for your recipe. Then you'll make your own Tarte Tatin with apples from one of our favorite orchards.
This recipe is a go-to at our family gatherings, easy to make and prep ahead, always loved by the pickiest of all.
