This is a hands-on class. During class, you'll learn how to make pâté sucrée (pastry crust), how to shape the tart shell and make your own pastry cream. We'll assemble the tart components, then you'll decorate your tart with a choice of seasonal fruit. The best part is you get to keep a 6" fruit tart you made with your own hands.
