In this hands on class you'll learn the secrets of the famous french choux pastry. One batter with endless possibilities. We'll make cream puffs and learn how to shape a Croquembouche (a cream puff tower, covered in spun caramel) . You'll take home your cream puff tower of 21 cream puffs and a recipe to make it again at home.
