This is a hands-on class for White Chocolate/Pumpkin Spice Macarons. In class, you will have your own workbench, tools, and Kitchenaid Artisan Mini mixer. You'll learn the Macaron techniques and trade secrets. You will take home all the macarons (average of 30) you will make that day, as well as your own Macaron and whipped chocolate ganache recipe. The class is 2-2 1/5 hours long.
