This is a hands-on class. During the class you'll learn how to make Madeleines, small shell-shaped sponge tea cakes, and chocolate ganache. Everyone will have a choice of toppings to decorate the cookies. You'll take home all of the cookies baked that day and the recipes from this class.
Class is highly recommended for young kids (12+)
Reservations can be canceled the latest 48 hours prior to class. No refunds will be issued for short term cancellations and missed class.
