This is a hands-on class for White Chocolate/Lemon/Raspberry Macarons instructed by European Cafe's pastry chef Uliana Komodi. In class, you will have your own workbench, tools and Kitchenaid Artisan Mini mixer. You'll learn the Macaron techniques and trade secrets. You will take home all the macarons (average of 30) you will make that day, as well as your own Macaron and whipped chocolate ganache recipe.
