Stollen is a traditional German Christmas bread, studded with dried fruits and a marzipan center.
Class will start with a short dough demo, after which everyone will receive the already proved dough. We'll mix the soaked dried fruits in and make marzipan from scratch. We'll shape the Stollen and bake, after class you'll keep your handmade Stollen. It can be kept at room temperature up to a week in a lightly covered container.
